Our family farm is located within the historic Dunning Glen, just miles from Dunning, a rural Perthshire village situated within the Central Belt of Scotland. It is a working farm inhabited by the Hepburn family, who have been farming in the area for generations (traced back to over 300 years). We are a family run enterprise and are passionate about expanding the farm whilst remaining true to traditional farming values.
The farm is home to over 300 sheep, 50 cows, almost 50 chickens, 2 peacocks, 3 dogs, 2 tortoises, and most recently our 3 new arrivals: our mini-pigs Bertha, Marmalade and Pickles.
We first welcomed visitors to our Shepherds huts in 2019 and hope to expand our holiday accommodation in the future. Also on site, there are plans underway to host small events (including visions to build a bar and pizza oven!). We also currently sell our fresh eggs and homemade jams and chutneys in an honesty box at the farm entrance.
We are hugely passionate about bringing an element of our farming lifestyle to the public through our authentic experiences, which we hope to be able to offer soon, to enhance your rural getaway.
